A RETAINER?

A retainer is a monthly subscription and the perfect solution if you have on-going design work you need throughout the year, but don’t have the need to hire a full-time designer on your staff, or simply don't want the added overhead. The purpose of a retainer program is to secure professional automotive designers to help with all your design needs and build a long term relationship with someone who knows your brand. Think of us as "The Stig". It is paid for upfront, each month before work begins. Each month, a block of time will be allocated, just for you, within the team's schedule for the number of hours you allocate. This gives us the ability to plan our workload ahead a time and allows you to meet any deadlines you have.

  • The retainer package has a 3-month minimum commitment. At the end of 3 months, we will re-evaluate the program to ensure the number of hours is fitting your automotive business needs. After that, we can move to 6, 9, or 12-month commitments.

  • Each retainer includes a set number of hours per week. If you acquire any overage in hours during the month, you will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $150 per hour at the beginning of the next month.

  • Unused hours expire at the end of each week. This is to ensure that our creators can allocate time for your projects each week and plan our workloads accordingly.

  • At the beginning of each month, you will receive your invoice, payable upon receipt via check, or credit card. Invoices will include your monthly retainer rate and any additional charges from the previous month where you may have gone over or requested additional assets.
     

  •  Master design files can be requested, at a rate of 3X the hourly rate it took to create.

SERVICES INCLUDED

IN THE RETAINER 

  • Print Materials – sales sheets, business cards, direct mailers, brochures, driver cards, stickers, apparel, merchandise, event programs, signage, giveaways.

  • Digital Materials – email templates, web design, business presentations, social media graphics, blog banners, and other web graphics.

  • Ad Design – print, social, and web ads.

  • Social Media– Posting, captioning content, header design, profile images, or services images for your social media accounts.

*Services do NOT include additional costs like licensed stock photography, fonts and application plug-in fees.

Lets Get In Touch!

We like to get to know our clients first to make sure we are a good fit for each other. We will set up a 30-minute phone call to do so! This way we can hear more about your business, your project load amount, etc. We want to hear about all your business and your future goals!

Already A Client?

Great! We would love to upgrade you to a retainer account. Let’s do a 15 minute call and decide that a retainer is the best fit for your needs too.

First Payment

Once the paperwork is completed and the first retainer fee is paid, we will discuss and layout all your projects needed for the month and get to work! We will schedule our monthly phone calls on the calendar so that they are consistent and planned out. Prior to the next month, we will use one of those phone calls to review the next month’s priorities.

Repeat

We will repeat the process every 3/6/9 or 12 months, as long as you see fit.

Re-evaluate

At the end of the first 3rd month, we will re-evaluate your plan to see if it needs hours removed, or hours added if you had overage billed often.
